Q: How to pay for the purchase?

A You can pay for the purchase by using a direct transfer into our account (Online Bank-Link) or you can apply for the Swedbank`s credit loan..

Q: How big should be my salary to apply for credit loan?

A: Your monthly income must be at least 2000 EEK into your bank account.

Q: Can corporate personalities apply for the credit loan?

A: Credit options are available for both private and corporate personalities. .

Q: What about home delivery and how much it costs?

A: Purchased goods will be delivered to your chosen place. The cost of delivery depends on the weight and capacity of the products.

Q: Does the order come in not assembled package?

A: Yes. Usually the majority of our products are not assembled because there is a danger for damage in transportation. 

Q: How fast my order will be processed and delivered?

A: Delivery time for the products which are in stock is three days. If there occurs a problem with your delivery we will notify you ASAP via email or telephone. The anticipated time of delivery is visible in product description section. We can give you the exact time of the delivery over the phone only.

Q: Terms and conditions for guarantee?

A: You can send your complaints in two years time in accordance of the Estonian Consumer Protection law.

Q: Returns

A: You can return goods in 14 days from the beginning of the delivery day. Goods must be returned to us in as new condition (including all packaging) and must be taken care of whilst in your possession. If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, or a fault becomes apparent in the first 14 days after delivery, we will either provide a full refund or dispatch new goods as soon as possible after the faulty goods have been returned. We cannot accept returns which are considered as a customer design goods and ordered in accordance to customers personal needs. For refunding you will need to send an email to our customer service with following information: purchased item, order number and the bank account number where to refund money.

A: We sell furniture from manufactures from several countries, including: Estonia, Denmark, Finland, England, Lithuania, Far-East and Turkey.

Q: Does the product range offered in online shop varies from the products offered at stores?

A: The product range in online shop and retail shop may vary because there are only popular products represented in the shop showroom but at our online shop we offer the whole range.

Q: Is it possible to see samples before shopping online?

A: Yes. You can see the samples in our retail shops all over the country. Shops located in Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu, Narva, Rakvere, Kuressaare and Viljandi.
